This is a companion app for the 8 minute exercise videos that can be found on YouTube. The exercise videos that are covered by this app are:
- 8 Minute Abs
- 8 Minute Arms
- 8 Minute Buns
- 8 Minute Legs
- 8 Minute Stretches
The app contains several countdown alarms, which count down and sound when an exercise is finished, and then moves onto the next. If you enable the text-to-speech option it will read the name of each exercise aloud. The screen should also stay on for the duration of the timer.
To find out what the exercise itself is, you should search on YouTube for the relevant video (URLs can also be found in the "About" section of the app).
If there are any other features that you think would improve the app then feel free to get in touch. Also if anyone could provide any translations I'd be happy to add them in.
The app doesn't collect any personal data and the latest version doesn't require any additional permissions.
